We are currently seeking a traveling Site Supervisor for our client in the construction industry, specializing in large-scale logistics and industrial facilities. You thrive working close to production and being a key figure in the daily operations on the construction site. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between production, the Site Manager, and other project stakeholders. You plan, coordinate, and follow up on work on-site, always with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety. Together with an engaged team, you drive the project forward – from start to finish.

The role involves extensive travel to various projects, primarily in Southern Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production in close dialogue with the Site Manager and team.
• Ensure that deliveries and work follow the schedule, contracts, and set goals.
• Identify and handle deviations, and follow up on OHS (ÄTA) work.
• Conduct regular safety rounds and ensure that occupational health and safety regulations are followed.
• Document and communicate project information in a clear and structured manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision within the construction industry.
• Ability to relocate or stay away during the week.
• Proficient in reading drawings, handling technical documentation, and working according to contracts.
• Strong sense of structure and planning, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
• A confident leader with the ability to motivate the team and foster good team spirit.
• Valid Category B driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
