About Nääs Fabriker - Ernst Rosén AB is the Gothenburg-based property company that acquired and develops the historic area of Nääs Fabriker outside Lerum, a place that was originally a cotton mill and is now a versatile destination with hotels, restaurants, shops, and other businesses. As Assistant Head Chef, you are responsible for daily operations, weekly planning, routines, and follow-ups. You drive the creative part and creation, and get the team to work towards set goals.

• Be part of developing a well-renowned destination that serves fantastic food.

• Act as stand-in for the Head Chef in their absence.

• Cook good food where the inspiration comes from traditional Swedish cuisine with a twist.

• Work with sustainability, environment, and Green Key certification.

• Collaborate closely across departmental boundaries to create synergies.

You are a confident and delightful leader with a background from the kitchen. You like high tempo and clarity in working methods, routines, and forward planning. You thrive in a dynamic environment where tempo, quality, and people are at the center.
