The role aims to ensure smooth operational IT support and to offer professional technical support to our client's employees. You will work with varied tasks within IT support, system and device management, and contribute to solving IT-related problems with a service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

As an IT Support Technician, you will be a central part of the IT team and work to support users with their IT needs. This includes troubleshooting, configuration, and management of a wide range of systems and hardware to ensure the business operates efficiently.

  • Ensure operational IT support
  • Provide support to employees regarding devices, solutions, and systems (first-line support)
  • Manage and resolve IT-related issues
  • Establish, troubleshoot, and configure networks
  • Manage licenses, access rights, and employee hardware
  • Ensure permissions and orders are handled and follow up on deliveries from external parties
  • Ensure reported faults are managed and escalated if necessary

We are looking for someone who

  • Has basic IT knowledge and experience working in various systems
  • Has previously worked in IT support with varied, both simple and more complex, IT technical questions
  • Is fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Has the ability to work independently, take personal responsibility, and be a team player
  • Has a problem-solving attitude
  • Has a strong technical interest

It is an advantage if you have

  • Relevant post-secondary education (IT, Computer Science, Data)
  • Knowledge of Wi-Fi and network infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Azure and Azure Administration
  • Experience with ITIL services
  • Knowledge of application support and installation
  • Experience with Telephony Systems and Device Management
