About the assignment

You will work as a personal assistant for a lovely young man in his 20s who lives with a neuropsychiatric disability. He has a great interest in video games, football, gym training, animals, and health. He appreciates an active and varied daily life, but where routines and predictability are important to create security and stability.

Your role involves being a support in his daily life both at home and during various activities. This may include, among other things, accompanying him to activities or training, cooking, household chores, caring for pets, and being a social and communicative support in everyday life. You will become an important part of a team that actively works to give him a meaningful existence based on his own needs, wishes, and conditions.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are secure, structured, perceptive, and meticulous as a person. Our team needs you who are proactive, fearless, and responsible.

Since the young man has certain challenges in social interaction and communication, it is crucial that you can read situations and express yourself in a clear and adapted way.

Wishes and requirements:

You are a non-smoker and refrain from nicotine and caffeine during working hours. A driver's license and access to a car are desirable. Previous experience with personal assistance or work with people with functional variations is desirable.

Working hours and introduction

The young man has assistance around the clock, which includes waiting time/on-call duty at night.

Your introduction takes place primarily during the day/evening, and in the long run, we would like you to also be able to work night shifts.
