Working as a Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a mechanical engineer for our client, who works on the design of mufflers and fuel systems for professional handheld products. The work is project-based, and you will maintain close contact with various departments, manufacturing units, and sub-suppliers around the world during your development work.

Responsibilities

• 2D and 3D modeling.
• Development of new components as well as improvements to existing ones.
• Project work and contact with suppliers.
• Requirement specifications and risk analysis.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a degree in mechanical engineering (University or University College level).
• Has a strong technical interest and knowledge.
• Has experience working with CATIA V5.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.

Merits:

• Experience with form-bonded parts.
• Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Knowledge of internal combustion engines.
