We are growing in Gothenburg and are now looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a role where the team is more important than the individual. Are you our new colleague?

About the role

As a Project Manager here, you play a central role in leading teams and driving projects forward. You work closely with employees, customers, and suppliers, focusing on collaboration, quality, and progress.

You create the conditions for the team to succeed and ensure that projects are carried out efficiently and with high quality.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Lead and develop the project team from design to completed facility, handover to the end customer, and after-sales
• Plan, control, and monitor project progress according to our procedures
• Ensure quality, documentation, and delivery
• Create good relationships with customers, partners, and employees

About you

You are a clear and present leader who helps people grow. You thrive in collaboration with others and have the ability to create engagement and structure within the team.

We value that you see both people and results as equally important parts of successful projects.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant technical education and extensive experience from the electrical industry
• Extensive experience in leading electrical contracting and teams
• Good knowledge of Office programs
• Good knowledge of project-specific software (e.g., Powerproject, Wikells, Bluebeam, Dalux, etc.)
• Good understanding of contract law
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
