Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Service Technician for our client in Alingsås/Vårgårda. Are you an engaged Service Technician who wants to ensure that our production runs smoothly, efficiently, and without interruption? If you have a technical interest, experience with machinery maintenance, and thrive in a dynamic environment – then this could be your next challenge!

Examples of responsibilities:

As a Service Technician at the client's site, you will become a key figure in their technical team. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Performing maintenance and repair of production equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving them quickly to minimize downtime.
• Installing and commissioning new equipment and machinery.
• Conducting preventive maintenance to ensure the long-term functionality of the machines.
• Collaborating closely with the production team to solve technical challenges.
• Ensuring that all equipment complies with current safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• Experience working with production equipment, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Technical education in mechanics, automation, or similar.
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good technical understanding and the ability to read and understand technical manuals and drawings.
• Ability to work independently and systematically, as well as taking initiative to solve problems.
• Valid driver's license and access to a car.

Troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment is a major part of the job, so experience in this area is highly meritorious.
