We are looking for a technically strong consultant with a focus on extensibility and usability within Infor M3 and Infor OS. The role combines project work, technical advisory, and further development with the management and support of customer solutions. You will work closely with our customers in both ongoing projects and in operations, contributing technical expertise to create stable, user-friendly, and future-proof solutions.

You will become a key advisor in customer dialogues and collaborate closely with solution architects and development teams. The role involves both working on new solutions in a project format and ongoing management and support of existing environments for several customers.

In this role, you will support, manage, and further develop extensibility and usability solutions in Infor M3 and Infor OS across multiple customer environments. You will participate in projects where you contribute to the design, development, and implementation of solutions, while also being responsible for technical support and management after go-live. The work includes troubleshooting and problem-solving across various layers – from user interfaces to integrations and backend – as well as dialogue with customers regarding improvements, adaptations, and further development.

You will handle incident and problem management, ensure that solutions follow best practices, and actively contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. The role involves regular customer contact where you both provide operational support and act as a technical advisor.

• Experience working with Infor M3 and/or Infor OS in a support, operations, or development-oriented consulting role

• Practical experience in at least one extensibility area, such as H5 scripting (JavaScript/TypeScript), M3 APIs (MI, ION), or Infor ION

• Strong ability to troubleshoot and analyze technical problems across multiple layers, such as UI, API, and backend

• Experience in customer-facing work and good communication skills at both technical and business levels

Please note - this position is based in Sweden and fluency in the Swedish language is required.

It is an advantage if you have experience with M3's standard processes, for example within order, purchasing, or manufacturing.
