We are looking for new colleagues for the upcoming 2026 season, starting in early July and ending in September/October.

At Fjällnäs, we focus on the guest experience. We prefer to tell stories rather than just inform; through conversations with guests and colleagues. Here, we work closely together with a shared goal: to create a unique and exclusive experience for our guests.

We are looking for someone who prioritizes the guest's best interests and enjoys working in a positive and knowledgeable team. At our award-winning spa, we want to offer our guests the best possible relaxation. The role involves daily routines such as welcoming guests, product sales, answering phones, making bookings, managing our relaxation area, and light cleaning.

We are looking for a person who:

• Is organized, punctual, has a strong work ethic, and a keen sense of service.
• Understands that collaboration and team spirit create value for both the guest and yourself.
• Has good social skills and a cheerful disposition.
• Has a genuine interest in people, service, food, and beverages.
• Speaks Swedish fluently and has good command of English in both speech and writing.
• Wants to contribute, together with your colleagues, to creating a memorable experience for guests and for us at Fjällnäs.

We would appreciate if you have the following qualifications and experience:

• Experience in retail sales or similar.
• Experience as a spa guest and/or previous employment in the spa industry.
• Any additional training within the spa sector is a plus.

Working hours include days, evenings, and weekends according to the schedule. As an employee at Fjällnäs, there is an opportunity to rent staff accommodation close to the hotel. Otherwise, terms are as agreed in the contract.
