The Jamtli Foundation, Jämtland County Museum, can be described as three museums in one location. Here you will find the open-air museum with animals, cultural history houses and farms, the county museum's cultural history exhibitions, and Nationalmuseum Jamtli, which is operated in collaboration with the National Museum in Stockholm.

Jamtli has nearly 90 employees and conducts a broad museum activity with collection management, art and heritage educational programs, archaeological and architectural conservation work throughout Jämtland County, exhibitions, and event days. It also houses Restaurant Hov, a shop, a café, and a hostel. Especially during the summer, Jamtli is a popular tourist attraction in Östersund.

Jamtli is now looking for a chef to strengthen the team at Restaurant Hov.

Who are you?

We are looking for a chef with at least 3 years of experience who is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. As a person, you are positive, responsible, and highly engaged in your work. You have relevant training and kitchen experience.

You are driven to perform your duties in a structured and efficient manner and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have an eye for both the big picture and details, appreciate order and tidiness, and are a calm and stable colleague who does not shy away from challenges.

Employment Period

The position is a summer employment lasting from week 23 to week 34.
