About You and The Role

We are looking for a passionate and charming bartender with previous experience in a cocktail bar or a full-service a la carte restaurant. Experience in mixology and knowledge of wine is a plus.

You will work in a very busy environment, serving a wide variety of cocktails.
You will be responsible for preparing drink components, including clarification, carbonation, infusions, and more.
You will greet our guests with a smile and engage in conversation at the bar, making them feel instantly welcome.
You will pour each drink to perfection and remember to replace the last bottle in the fridge.
