We offer 197 rooms, 11 meeting rooms, a relaxation area with a pool and sauna, as well as a bar and brasserie NÒR. We are looking for creative, individual talents who bubble with passion and can deliver exceptional hospitality. We are now seeking our next superstar in the form of a Welcome Office Supervisor. Your daily responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and coach the team in operational work – where you are expected to be on the floor for the majority of your working day. You are responsible for parts of the department's administrative tasks.
  • Create routines for the department, ensure quality assurance, and ensure they are followed.
  • Lead and distribute work, and create work schedules in collaboration with your direct manager, including training new employees.
  • Work towards increased profitability, high quality, and achieving departmental goals in upselling, guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and efficiency.
  • Traditional reception duties such as checking guests in and out, answering phones and emails, receiving bookings, preparing arrival lists, following checklists, invoicing, etc.
  • Ensure that every guest experience runs smoothly, from booking and payments to handling guest requests.
  • Continuously monitor guest satisfaction and act when necessary.

  • Work experience in tourism and customer service is advantageous, but your approach to and commitment to excellent customer service are what matter most.

The position is a permanent employment and involves varying shift work, including evenings and weekends. Upon employment, a full job description will be presented along with an overview of mandates and expectations. The Welcome Office Supervisor reports to the Welcome Office Manager.
