Do you want to work in a central role where you can combine system administration, development, and operational support? We are now looking for a system administrator with experience in property management systems for a long-term consulting assignment within public operations in Huddinge.

About the Assignment

In the role of system administrator, you have overall responsibility for the property management systems Fast2 and GreenView. You work in parallel across these systems to ensure they are efficient, user-friendly, and adapted to the needs of the operations.

You act as a key link between operations, system suppliers, and technical solutions, with a focus on both administration and development.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for system administration, development, and administration of Fast2 and GreenView
• Handle support cases, error reports, and user inquiries
• Work with integrations between different systems
• Participate in and drive the development of features, for example related to signing services and BankID
• Work with property economic functions such as invoicing and billing
• Create and follow up on system administration plans in collaboration with system owners
• Coordinate and implement system upgrades, including testing and contact with suppliers
• Responsible for documentation, user support, and training initiatives
• Work to increase user benefit and efficiency in the systems

Who We Are Looking For

• Have experience in system administration, preferably within property management systems
• Have a good understanding of integrations and system development
• Have experience working with economic and payment flows in systems
• Have the ability to work close to operations and translate needs into system solutions
• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing
