We are now looking for a traveling site supervisor for our client in the construction industry, specializing in larger facilities within logistics and industry. You thrive working close to production and being a key figure in the daily work on the construction site, as in this role you become an important link between production, the site manager, and other project stakeholders. You plan, coordinate, and follow up on work on-site, always with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety. Together with an engaged team, you drive projects forward – from start to finish.

The role involves extensive travel to various projects, primarily in southern Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production in close dialogue with the site manager and team.
• Ensure that deliveries and work follow the schedule, contracts, and set goals.
• Identify and handle deviations, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Conduct regular safety rounds and ensure that occupational health and safety regulations are followed.
• Document and communicate project information in a clear and structured manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction supervision.
• Ability to live away from home during the week.
• Accustomed to reading drawings, handling technical documentation, and working according to contracts.
• Have a good sense of structure and planning, and thrive when juggling multiple tasks.
• Are a confident leader with the ability to motivate the team and create good team spirit.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B) and have access to a personal car.
