About the role

As a customer receptionist, you will become an important part of a small team with various areas of responsibility, such as sales, rental, and workshop operations. You will join a company that rents out machinery, cranes, site cabins, and other equipment to various customers within construction, civil engineering, and industry. You will be based at the Luleå workshop but will also travel to job sites to perform on-site repairs where the machinery is located.

The employment is through Academic Work, where you will work as a consultant for our client. You will work full-time during the summer, but part-time work prior to the summer is advantageous.

Responsibilities

You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring customers receive excellent service and advice. You will assist customers with renting machinery intended for various construction and civil engineering projects and work with the delivery of machinery and construction equipment. You will start the day with planning, but based on the tasks that arise during the day, you will be responsible for structuring your workload to ensure everything is completed.

Your tasks will include, for example:

• Order and return handling of machinery and construction equipment, including order picking
• Indoor and outdoor work
• Accounting for returns and customer orders in business systems

We are looking for you who

• Are a student at least 50% at a university or college
• Can work full-time during the summer
• Hold a category B driver's license to travel to customers
• Have good Swedish language skills, as this is required for customer communication
