Service Technician for Roventum Kramfors

About the Company

Roventum operates in the sale, service, and repair of laundry room equipment, white goods, and heat pumps. Our customers are primarily private property owners, housing cooperatives, and municipal housing companies, but we also provide services to private individuals. Roventum is based in Sundsvall with additional locations in Gävle and Umeå. The company is part of the Fenix Holding AB group, which has approximately 500 employees, including 30 at Roventum.

About the Role

As a Service Technician, you will primarily work with the service and repair of white goods, heat pumps, and laundry room equipment. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating service assignments, executing the technical work, and reporting any deficiencies in materials or workmanship.

The role is autonomous and varied. You largely control your daily routine in collaboration with our customers and colleagues. The position is located in Kramfors, but you are part of our Sundsvall unit.

Qualifications

You possess general technical knowledge, and we preferably see that you have completed some form of electrical training.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
