About the Role

This is a direct recruitment position, meaning the recruitment process is handled by Bravura, and you will be employed directly by Profinder.

💼 Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you work with the entire sales process with a strong focus on new customer acquisition – you identify and contact potential customers, spark their interest, and present the value of data-driven solutions. You have daily dialogue with decision-makers across various industries and help them understand how target group data can strengthen their marketing and sales. The role also involves close collaboration with the marketing and product teams to drive campaigns, generate leads, and create customized offers. You plan your work systematically in a modern CRM system where you document sales activities, follow up on leads, and work goal-oriented to achieve clear results.

  • Active new customer acquisition and prospecting
  • Contact and book meetings with decision-makers in various industries
  • Adapt offers based on the customer's needs and business goals

🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

  • At least one year of sales experience, preferably in B2B
  • Good computer and system skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
