Together with SFAM, we are looking for an independent student for a broad role within administration and finance. They are a growing association with 3,300 members and an office at St. Clara's Church. Perfect for you who want to grow with SFAM and have one year left of your studies.
About the position
In this consulting assignment, you will work for the Swedish Association of General Practitioners (SFAM). There, you will become a central key figure at their office at St. Clara's Church in Stockholm City. They are a progressive professional association with 3,300 members who now need reinforcement to cover a vacancy. You will work closely with the board and the treasurer, with great freedom to plan your own time.
We are looking for you who are a student with a genuine interest in health, healthcare, and politics, and who want a merit-enhancing part-time job where you take on significant personal responsibility and grow into an organization with high ambition. We would like your financial competence to be sufficient for you to independently handle simpler bookkeeping, pay invoices, and manage payroll. It is a big plus if you have previously worked with Fortnox or had a role as a financial assistant.
The assignment starts at approx. 30–50% and the work takes place primarily on-site in Stockholm.
Tasks
You will function as the association's "spider in the web" with varied tasks:
- Member administration
- Ongoing bookkeeping and invoice management in Fortnox
- Payroll management
- Handling office emails and general administration
- Support in planning and conducting events/training
- Sending out newsletters
- Simple IT support and social media
We are looking for you who
- Are a student, preferably with approx. 12 months left of your studies
- Have previous experience within administration or finance. It is merit-enhancing if you have previously worked as a financial assistant
- Have knowledge of ongoing bookkeeping and invoice management. It is also merit-enhancing if you have previously worked with Fortnox
