ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for an experienced Payroll Consultant for an interim assignment with our client in Hofors, starting immediately. The assignment is fixed-term and full-time until after the summer.

In this role, you will work together with a colleague on the operational payroll processing for approximately 1,000 employees distributed across 13 companies. The payroll covers both white-collar and blue-collar workers, with the majority belonging to the latter category. The client works with collective agreements such as IF Metall, the technical agreement, and the environmental worker agreement. Payroll processing is done in SD Worx, with data coming from various other HR and business systems. Cases from the organization are received via email and phone. The assignment requires you to quickly familiarize yourself with existing routines and work independently.

The work is based in Hofors. The company applies an "office first" policy, but there is some flexibility regarding remote work.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone who is confident in the entire payroll process and has extensive experience in independent payroll work. We prefer that you have previously worked in digital payroll systems, such as HR+8, HRM Software, or SD Worx, and are accustomed to handling large volumes of payroll.

As a person, you are structured, detail-oriented, and responsible. You thrive in assignments where the need is immediate and where you are expected to become operational quickly and contribute your expertise. The ability to work independently, while valuing communication and collaboration, is important for success in this role. Since the client is in an expansion phase and operates at a high pace, we highly value flexibility and agility in your work. Furthermore, we see that you enjoy providing good service to colleagues and managers within the organization.
