We are now looking for a Service Coordinator / Junior Service Integrator
We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator / Junior Service Integrator for a consulting assignment within the manufacturing industry. You will become part of the Service Integration Office and play a central role in coordinating, monitoring, and improving IT services delivered by both internal teams and external vendors. The assignment offers a broad introduction to IT Service Management in an international environment.
About the assignment
In this role, you will work closely with service owners, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that IT services are delivered according to agreed processes, quality levels, and governance models. You will have the opportunity to work broadly within ITSM processes such as incident, change, problem, and request management.
Your main responsibilities:
- Support daily operations within IT Change Management, reporting, and other ITSM-related activities
- Coordinate and monitor work with external vendors and internal stakeholders
- Maintain service documentation, operational routines, and governing materials
- Contribute to service monitoring, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in operational meetings, follow-ups, and service reviews
Requirements:
- 0–5 years of experience in IT or equivalent
- Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent practical experience
- Basic understanding of ITIL (incident, change, problem, service management)
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Structured and meticulous working style with an eye for detail
- Strong desire to learn and develop within IT Service Management
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Experience working with vendors or IT operations
