About the Role

We offer a role where you will contribute to the execution of a business-related and complex project with significant impact on working methods, premises, and organizational culture. You will become an important part of the project's execution capacity and work in close collaboration with project management, sub-projects, local functions, and external partners.

This is an assignment for you who want to use your many years of experience in qualified project management in a role where you create overview and hold together activities, schedules, deliverables, and dependencies – factors that are crucial for a well-functioning result. You work closely with the main project manager and sub-project managers and contribute to driving the project forward in a structured and systematic way.

Responsibilities

You will among other things:

• develop, follow up, and update project plans, schedules, and budgets
• compile status, decisions, deliverables, and materials for project management
• follow up milestones, activities, and dependencies between sub-projects
• coordinate execution issues related to renovation, relocation, IT, operations, and local adaptations
• be responsible for relocation logistics and develop procurement documents according to LOU (Public Procurement Act)
• serve as a coordinating contact point between operations, suppliers, and other involved functions

Your Competence and Experience

Requirements:

• Relevant academic education, or other education assessed by the employer as equivalent
• Documented and extensive experience leading complex premises, workplace, or property-related projects
• Multi-year experience and well-developed ability to work with project control, planning, coordination, and follow-up in projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders
• Extensive experience working with schedules, budget follow-up, logistics, supplier coordination, and practical execution
• Experience conducting procurements according to LOU
• Experience that has given you a good understanding of the importance of participation, anchoring, and union cooperation in change and execution projects
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing

About Us

The position is located in the Business Support Department, the Property and Security Development Unit, but the position's main contacts and work take place within the "Kulturresan" (Culture Journey) project, which also includes local office projects.

Employment

Permanent position, 50%. A 6-month probationary period applies, starting in August.
