What does the role involve?

As a bistro employee, you will work in our bistro at the destination, where you will become an important part of keeping our guests happy and full. You are responsible for preparing and serving food according to our streamlined concept and ensuring that drinks and cash handling function efficiently. It also includes taking care of dishes and cleaning to maintain a clean and pleasant environment. At some destinations, you can also participate in mood-lifting showers and quizzes, which contributes to an even friendlier atmosphere for our guests.

We always work with the guest experience in focus, and therefore flexibility is important – we would like you to be ready to support other areas if needed. Together, we work to make our guests' vacation a positive and memorable experience.

Who are we looking for?

We would like you to have experience from the café, restaurant, or fast-food industry. Education in hospitality is a plus, but the most important thing for us is your personality!

We are looking for you who spread joy, both to guests and colleagues. You have a positive attitude, can adapt quickly, and enjoy following a clear concept. In our team, it is important to keep the mood up even when the pace is fast.

To succeed in the role, you need to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish or English to take instructions and interact with our guests.

Conditions

We are looking for employees for the summer season with varying hours (20–40 hours/week). Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the Hotel and Restaurant Union's collective agreement.
