Who are we looking for? You are a passionate and engaged person who loves making others feel comfortable. You likely have experience in a service role, such as in hospitality, reception, or customer service. You are happy to work evenings/weekends and occasionally on weekends.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is positive and loves to energize others
• Focuses on solutions rather than problems
• Is receptive, communicative, and service-oriented
• Is experienced in handling people in various situations

Above all, you love delivering top-notch performance and are happy to stand in front of a group to instruct or entertain.

What do our activity leaders do? As an activity leader at Aventi, you work at both our larger events and smaller activities. The customer is always at the center, and it is your task to ensure our customers have an extraordinary experience. Sometimes this involves working independently, and sometimes alongside wonderful colleagues. We have many different assignments, so we are looking for people with various skills and backgrounds. Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

• Quiz host
• Competition leader in a multi-sport event
• Team building facilitator

We work with events across Sweden and are always interested in staff who want to deliver top-class events. You are welcome to have another primary occupation; our activity leaders work from a couple of times a week to once a month.
