We are now looking for a new Stopover Night Crew member for our very first Stopover opening in Falkenberg.

Are you ready for a dynamic daily life filled with varied challenges? At Stopover, we offer exactly that – no two days are alike, and our goal is always to exceed guest expectations.

As part of the Stopover Floor Crew, you will become a key person in the interaction with our guests and an important part of daily operations. You will work operationally with everything from check-ins and check-outs to bookings, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and well taken care of. Your focus will be on ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all visitors.

To succeed and thrive in this role, you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. The position involves working days, evenings, and weekends. That is how it is when working in a hotel. However, your schedule will primarily be at night, every other week, 7 nights in a row, with approximately 75–80% employment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for each guest, where every interaction strengthens our brand.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, bookings, and inquiries (via phone, email, and in person) efficiently to ensure a smooth guest journey.
• Provide service and information to our guests and ensure their stay is as good as possible.
• Security work to ensure the safety of our guests.
• Collaborate closely with other departments at the hotel, meaning your nights will also consist of a few hours of cleaning and a few hours of work in our restaurant, Viaggio.
• Integrate sustainability into our daily work and contribute to responsible operations.
