We are looking for a passionate bartender for the summer of 2026!

About the role

As a bartender with us, you are a key cog in creating a fantastic experience for our guests. Your main responsibilities include:

• Preparing and making delicious and Instagram-worthy cocktails.

• Serving and welcoming guests with a smile – both in the restaurant and at the bar.

• Creating a pleasant atmosphere by offering the guest the right drink.

• Being an ambassador for Norra Strands Kök & Bar, where service is always at the center.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is service-oriented and solution-focused, even when the pace is fast.

• Is a team player with a drive to learn and develop.

• Dares to take own initiative and enjoys contributing to the team's success.

• Has an eye for detail – for you, cleanliness and order are always top priority.

• Has experience from restaurants, bars, and/or cafés (meritorious but not a requirement).
