We are looking for passionate and food-loving café assistants for the summer of 2026!

Do you want to help create unforgettable summer memories in Mellbystrand? At Norra Strands Kök & Bar, we have a large ice cream bar and café, and we are now looking for you who are passionate about ice cream, pastries, and service – and who want to be part of our wonderful team!

About the role

As a café assistant with us, you are a vital cog in creating a fantastic experience for our guests. Your main responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking delicious dishes and baked goods. Create ice cream masterpieces.
• Serving and welcoming guests with a smile – both in the restaurant and in the bar.
• Creating a pleasant atmosphere by selling ice cream and pastries in our café.
• Being an ambassador for Norra Strands Kök & Bar, where service is always at the center.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is service-oriented and solution-focused, even when the pace is fast.
• Is a team player with a drive to learn and develop.
• Dares to take own initiative and enjoys contributing to the team's success.
• Has an eye for detail – for you, cleanliness and order are always top priority.
• Has experience from restaurants, bars, and/or cafés (meritorious but not a requirement).
