About the Position

We are looking for you who want to work with our lovely little girl. You need to view this job as a "real" job working with people, requiring both heart and commitment. Our customer lives in Veberöd together with her family.

When the girl is home from school, she enjoys being outdoors, swinging, taking walks, and browsing through her books. Of course, there are also other daily tasks and routines that will be part of your duties, such as personal hygiene, tube feeding, and transfers.

It is important to create a gentle and calm relationship so that she feels secure and trusts you, as well as learning to read her signals since verbal communication is not possible.

Your Profile

You are a non-smoker.
You have a driver's license (this is a requirement).
You view the work as a serious profession focused on people.
You have the ability to create security and read non-verbal signals.

Duties and Schedule

The position is a combined day and night role at 70%. Schedule:

Weekdays: 16:10–21:30
Weekends and holidays: 10:30–21:30 (or 08:30–20:30 depending on needs)
Night shifts: 21:30–07:30 (or 21:30–08:30) with awake night duty.

The position is planned to start during spring/summer. By autumn, the position will move to a rolling schedule. We will start as soon as we find the right person for this assignment, beginning with an introduction so you feel secure.

To ensure safe and secure assistance, we conduct a background check if you become a candidate for the position.

According to the Act on Register Control, anyone working with minors must present an extract from the criminal record and suspicion register (extract for work with children and persons with disabilities).
