BARTENDER WANTED – GRAND OPENING ON RÖRSTRANDSGATAN
We are looking for an experienced bartender with a clear focus on cocktails for a new opening on Rörstrandsgatan.
You have several years of experience from a cocktail bar or restaurant with high demands for quality and pace. You are confident in classic cocktails, understand balance, technique, and ingredients, and can deliver consistently even under pressure.
At our venue, the focus is on a well-thought-out bar area – a wide selection, high precision, and clean flavors.
We are looking for someone who:
- has a strong sense of taste, balance, and details
- masters classic cocktails and can work in a structured manner
- has good knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
- can maintain pace without compromising quality
- is humble, solution-oriented, and service-minded
About the role:
- Evening and weekend work
- High pace in a smaller bar and restaurant environment
- Close collaboration with the kitchen and service staff
- You help set the level and structure in the bar
