We are looking for a customer-oriented, structured, and driven receptionist for our auto repair shop. The role involves significant responsibility for customer contact, planning, and administration — and a substantial part of the work consists of preparing and assembling quotes, which requires good automotive knowledge. This is a central part of the position and something we place great emphasis on in our recruitment.

Job Responsibilities

As a receptionist with us, you will among other things:

• Receive customers and book in services and repairs
• Plan and distribute tasks to the mechanics
• Assemble and administer quotes
• Order spare parts
• Handle payments and ensure a smooth customer experience
• Contribute to high customer satisfaction through professional service and clear communication

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who thrives in a flexible environment, enjoys working with people, and has a knack for building good customer relationships. You have a natural sense of order and a genuine interest in cars and technology.

You should have:

• Commitment, a sense of responsibility, and a service-oriented approach to work
• Automotive technical education or documented experience from the automotive industry
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

The position is a full-time (100%) temporary assignment starting immediately until December 2026. There are also good opportunities for extension according to agreement between March and August 2027.

Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
