Job Description

The specific tasks will depend on the projects we undertake, but as an excavator operator, you will work in a varied and stimulating role where you contribute to:

Constructing new roads, roundabouts, and cycle paths
Creating new commercial and residential areas
Designing outdoor environments, such as ponds and paving
Maintaining and improving water, sewer, electricity, and fiber networks as well as street lighting
etc.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who is a competent, driven, and self-motivated excavator operator. You enjoy taking responsibility and have the ability to plan. To succeed in your assignment, you need to have knowledge from several of the areas listed below, but not necessarily all of them. We will train you in the areas where you lack experience over time:

Earthworks, excavation
Water and sewer renovation
Piping for water/sewer and electricity, etc.
Cable laying
Acting as a service machine
Experienced in digging in urban environments
Leica machine control

Requirements

Safety / risk assessments
Drawing reading
Machine control
Experience working as a construction worker
Courses "Work on the Road" and "Digging Near Cables"
Category B driver's license
To enable you to understand project-related information, and for the safety of you and your colleagues, deep knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.
