About the role
As an Enterprise Architect, you have overall responsibility for the IT landscape and ensure that architecture, security, and business goals work together. You work both strategically and tactically and play a central role in integrating IT security as a natural part of the architecture.

The role involves close collaboration with IT management, operations, service owners, and other architects. You have a clear mandate to drive structure, set direction, and ensure compliance within both IT architecture and IT security.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for and further developing enterprise and target architecture in line with business goals.
• Ensure that IT security is integrated into architecture principles, guidelines, and technical choices.
• Work with and apply architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Establish and develop structured IT security work based on, for example, CIS Controls.
• Specify security requirements in new and existing solutions according to the Security by Design principle.
• Support the organization in risk assessments, architecture reviews, and decision-making support.
• Participate in and drive architecture and strategy forums.

Your profile
We are looking for you who combine a strong holistic view within IT architecture with deep competence in IT security.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience as an Enterprise Architect, IT Security Architect, or similar.
• Good knowledge and practical experience of architecture frameworks, especially TOGAF.
• Documented experience of structured IT security work.
• Experience with security frameworks such as CIS Controls or similar.
• Ability to work both strategically and operationally.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Meritorious:

• Experience from complex IT environments, the public sector, or other socially important operations.
• Knowledge of regulations such as NIS2, ISO 27001, or similar.
• Experience of municipal operations.
