At Grand Hôtel, we are currently looking for a Senior Supervisor to join our Front Office team, a group of approximately 30 employees. At Grand Hôtel, every day is unique, and as a Senior Supervisor, you will play a central role in guest experiences and staff development.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Supervisor who wants to take responsibility for the operations and management of our reception, alongside the Front Office Manager and three other Senior Supervisors. Within Front Office, we strive to deliver bespoke five-star service and create memorable experiences for all our guests. As a Senior Supervisor, you will become a key figure who, by coaching and developing the staff, ensures that we meet our goals of complete guest satisfaction every day. Your role covers everything from smooth check-in and check-out processes to daily problem-solving and mentoring receptionists and supervisors. Determination and strong organizational skills are crucial for successfully leading the team and handling any challenges.

Working hours are scheduled across all days of the week, including evenings and weekends, according to a rotating roster.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that every guest experience is characterized by five-star service and adheres to set standards
  • Operational responsibility for operations, ensuring procedures and follow-ups are maintained
  • Leadership focused on coaching and team well-being

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for a driven employee with a passion for guest interaction and world-class service. Attention to detail, flexibility, and a burning enthusiasm for guest service are essential to thrive in this role. Additionally, we look for:

  • At least three years of experience in a role with leadership responsibilities
  • At least four years of experience working in a hotel reception
  • Experience with the Opera Cloud hotel system
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish and English; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Education in Hotel Management/Hospitality and international experience are advantageous
