We are now looking for several controllers who want to support and strengthen an existing controller team in the ongoing economic work at a government agency.

In this role, you will work broadly with economic management and analysis. You will be responsible for conducting economic investigations, follow-ups, and analyses, as well as interpreting operational information and economic results. Additionally, you will compile reports, prepare forecasts related to operations, and actively participate in budgeting and budget follow-up. Work with ongoing follow-up, variance analysis, and accounting-related tasks may also occur.

You are expected to work independently and maintain close dialogue with managers within the organization regarding budget and economic matters.

Requirements

• Academic degree in economics
• Several years of experience as a controller, business controller, financial controller, or similar
• Experience working within the public sector
• Experience with the economic system Agresso or a comparable system
• Experience with Hypergene or a comparable tool for budgeting and forecasting

Personal Qualities

• Ability to quickly get up to speed in new assignments and deliver value from the start
• Good teamwork skills and experience working in teams
• Meticulous and structured in your approach to work
• Communicative and confident in dialogue with operations and managers

About the Assignment

• Location: Stockholm (hybrid work)
• Scope: 100%
• Duration: 4–6 months, with possibility of extension
• Start: According to agreement
