Nova Health Group was founded with a vision to revolutionize psychiatry and the treatment of mental illness. We strive to offer a modern and patient-centered care experience. Today's psychiatry is often characterized by traditional methods and a slow-paced approach, where technological advancements and patient needs are rarely the focus. Many patients struggle to navigate the complex public system or turn to large healthcare providers where they risk becoming an anonymous number in the crowd. We have chosen to do things differently by putting the patient at the center and offering psychiatric care with five-star service. Our strategy is built on patient experience, quality, and efficiency, utilizing modern technology and innovative working methods to continuously improve and develop our operations.
Our dedicated team is the core of our business and consists primarily of psychologists, doctors, and nurses. Nova was founded in 2024 and currently has over 50 employees – and we are growing rapidly. About the RoleWe are currently seeking licensed psychologists to strengthen our team in Malmö/Copenhagen. We also have an open position for PTP-Psychologists.
Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct neuropsychiatric assessments for both adults and children, with a primary focus on ADHD and/or Autism.
- Work is primarily conducted in or near the city where you are based, but may also take place in locations further away. Therefore, you should be comfortable with some travel as part of the role.
- Parts of the assessments may be conducted digitally, but are primarily performed face-to-face with the patient.
In addition to assessments, other tasks may become relevant. These tasks will be developed in consultation with you, ensuring they are something you find enjoyable and rewarding.
Examples of other potential tasks:
- Mentoring PTP-Psychologists or Psychology Interns.
- Contributing to improving company processes.
- Participating in work in other parts of the business, such as marketing, recruitment, etc.
- Conducting internal training sessions.
- Developing treatment programs for patients following completed assessments.
- You are social and genuinely enjoy working with people. You quickly create a sense of security in the room, are clear in your communication, and make patients feel seen and understood. We aim to have Sweden's happiest patients, which requires psychologists who are not only clinically skilled but also personal, warm, and professionally relaxed.
- You have inner drive and want to perform with both quality and speed. Structure and efficiency are natural parts of your working style, and you appreciate an environment where freedom is linked with responsibility. When you work focused and smart, it shows in what you deliver and in how your daily life looks.
- You are technically confident. You handle digital systems effortlessly and see technology as a natural part of a modern way of working.
- Experience with neuropsychiatric assessments is advantageous, but ultimately, your attitude, ambition, and ability to create satisfied patients are what matter most.
- It is a plus if you have previous experience working in service industries such as hospitality, retail, or similar.
