We are looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist working onsite in Köping with regular travel to Flen. The role involves ensuring high operational quality in an industrial environment through support, preventive maintenance, and adherence to established support processes.

• Handle incident, problem, and change management processes

• Provide onsite support to users and operations in a factory environment

• Support applications, end-users, and core infrastructure

• Perform pre-checks and preventive maintenance according to SLA

• Troubleshoot networks, printers, and VPN connections

• Work with documentation and knowledge management

• Contribute to operational improvement and optimization (OBO)

• Stable and efficient handling of incidents and cases

• High availability in user and infrastructure environments

• Completed pre-checks and maintenance as per agreement

• Quality documentation and knowledge sharing

• Improvement proposals and optimizations in the operational environment

Required Competencies:

• At least 5 years of experience in onsite IT support

• Experience with incident, problem, and change management

• Experience with case management systems (e.g., Zendesk or ServiceNow)

• Good knowledge of Windows 7/10/11 and Microsoft 365

• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID

• Strong troubleshooting skills in networks, VPN, and printers

• Fluent in Swedish and English

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Citrix and Intune

• Experience with remote support tools

• Experience with hardware (PCs, laptops, iPads, iPhones)

• Proficiency in building, configuring, and restoring computers

• Independent and responsible

• Structured with good documentation skills

• Service-oriented and communicative

• Solution-oriented in technical environments

A background check is required before start-up, including identity, right to work, address history, education, finances, and criminal record according to current legislation.
