We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented education coordinator for a well-known client within the defense industry in Gothenburg. Here, you will become a key person in ensuring that their training is carried out smoothly, professionally, and with high quality.

This is a role for you who thrives in a dynamic environment where many contact surfaces, rapid changes, and varied tasks are part of everyday life.

In the role, you are responsible for the practical and administrative coordination of the training activities within advanced radar systems. You function as a central support function that ensures training can be carried out smoothly from planning to follow-up.

You will work among other things with:

• Planning and coordinating logistics such as travel, hotels, premises, transport, and catering
• Handling course administration, including bookings, participant management, and training systems
• Preparing and compiling training materials, course documentation, and diplomas
• Providing administrative support during training and being an accessible contact point for participants
• Handling documentation and registration in the business's system support (IFS/PDM)
• Supporting onboarding of new employees as well as booking internal and external training
• Coordinating course inquiries and booking participants on training within the business

Employment type: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.
Start: As agreed
End: approx. 2 years with the possibility of continued employment with the client after the assignment.

To be successful in this role you need

• Extensive experience in administrative work, preferably within education, projects, or logistics
• Good system familiarity
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing. Additional language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to handle several parallel tasks while maintaining structure
• Meritorious: Experience with business/PDM systems (e.g., IFS)
