We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner for a company in Stockholm. Start is immediate, initially an 8-month fixed-term assignment with the possibility of extension. This role is 80% onsite in Stockholm and 20% remote.
Job Description:
As a consultant, you will be part of the Supply Chain department, specifically within the Planning & Optimizing section. Your main task will be to optimize the flow of goods with a focus on profitability and sustainability. The business area is responsible for operations related to oil refineries and depot systems.
You will work in a digital planning system. Daily tasks include planning and coordinating ship deliveries to and from depots, managing inventory levels, and handling recipes against set targets.
The role involves close collaboration with several other functions within the organization. You will thrive in a dynamic environment where prioritization and quick decision-making are essential.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing, continuously updating, and optimizing plans for internal oil deliveries and purchases to and from depots.
- Managing and optimizing inventory levels and depot availability against set targets.
- Managing and optimizing product blends to meet quality specifications and reduction obligation targets.
- Planning and coordinating purchases and sales between the various companies the business collaborates with.
Competency Requirements
To succeed in this role, you need a relevant academic degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Economics, or a comparable higher education qualification.
Must-have qualifications:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Economics, or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Very good verbal and written skills in Swedish and English.
- Experienced in handling multiple parallel information flows.
Preferred Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, including flow planning.
- At least 3 years of experience working in an ERP system.
- Experience working in international teams.
Personal Attributes:
- Structured, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive and self-driven.
- Quick to adapt to new routines and processes.
- Accustomed to working independently and making own decisions.
- Solution-oriented.
Fluent proficiency in both Swedish and English is required for this role.
This is a 100% consulting assignment via Incluso in Stockholm. Start is immediate, initially for 8 months with the possibility of extension. The role is at least 80% onsite in Stockholm, with up to 20% remote work allowed.
