We are now looking for an engaged Occupational Therapist!

Are you empathetic, proactive, and good at finding individualized solutions? This might be the job for you. We are currently looking for a licensed occupational therapist who is motivated by seeing people develop! To thrive in this role, we see that you work in a structured and creative manner to identify the best paths for individuals to enter the labor market. Your work will be carried out within the framework of the service "Steps to Work," where a group of participants receive practical guidance and labor market knowledge through both individual conversations and group activities. A meaningful and varied role where you can truly make a difference for people.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct assessments of work capacity
• Guide participants toward a suitable career path and help them find a suitable work trial/workplace
• Handle administrative work related to the assignment
• Contribute to the development of the operations and its methods
• Create a positive experience for the participants and contribute to well-being and motivation

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed occupational therapist
• Has competence in working with occupational therapy instruments: MOHOST, DOA, WRI, AWC, AWP
• Has good knowledge of the labor market and local conditions
• Has very good Swedish skills in both speech and writing
• Is structured, empathetic, and goal-oriented
