We provide staffing for both urgent and planned needs, and we are currently looking for you who are service-oriented, responsible, and thrive in a varied work environment in grocery stores.

Job Responsibilities

As a store employee, you will work with several of our clients throughout Stockholm County. With us, you have the opportunity to work in different stores and thereby develop your knowledge within retail, sales, and customer service. The tasks vary depending on the assignment and can include cash register duties, picking goods, inventory, mail handling, and other store-related tasks.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for you who thrive in a service-oriented role where you are the face of the store and customer contact is the focus. You have a professional and accommodating attitude towards customers, and you adapt easily to different work environments. You take initiative and work efficiently even when the pace is high. Providing service comes naturally to you, and you always strive to give customers a positive experience.

• We would appreciate it if you had previous experience working in a grocery store, as this is a merit for the role.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have another main occupation of at least 50%. This could be, for example, studies at least half-time (50%), part-time employment, self-employment, retirement, or being an elite athlete. A certificate of your main occupation will need to be presented prior to any employment.

Employment Type

As a temporary employee with us, you enter your availability week by week. You should be able to work two to three days a week, primarily Monday-Friday during daytime. Your schedule will consist of both planned and urgent shifts, which places high demands on your flexibility and availability.
