We are now looking for a service-minded and driven customer receptionist for our auto workshop. The tasks include, among other things, booking customers for service and repairs, scheduling jobs for mechanics, handling payments from customers, and ordering spare parts. Good knowledge of cars is an advantage but not a requirement. You must speak and write Swedish fluently. A major focus is placed on providing good service and achieving customer satisfaction.

We want you to be passionate about working with people and service. You, as a candidate, find it easy to connect with new people and thrive in a flexible work environment. You should also have a strong sense of service.

You should be:

• Engaged, responsible, and service-oriented
• Organized
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
• Hold a valid B-driver's license

The position is a full-time role. We apply a six-month probation period followed by a permanent contract and individual salary setting. Selection and interviews take place on an ongoing basis.
