Your Role With Us

As a dental nurse/receptionist at OC Masthugg Clinic, you will have a combined role where you both assist dentists in treatments and are responsible for the daily operations of the reception. The role requires flexibility, a good sense of service, and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Dental assistance during examinations and treatments.

• Reception of patients, appointment booking, and telephone service.

• Medical record keeping and administrative tasks in the medical record system (experience with Muntra is an advantage).

• Sterilization, preparation, and post-treatment work of the treatment room.

• Maintain patient relationships and provide clear information before and after treatment.

• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Education as a dental nurse or equivalent experience.

• Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.

• Experience in reception and administrative tasks is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.

• Experience with medical record systems, preferably Muntra, is an advantage.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team, as well as handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
