Alingsås Tennis Club is looking for a driven and engaged coach with main responsibility for the Tennis School (ages 6–12).

Founded in 1919, Alingsås Tennis Club has a vibrant operation with approximately 375 members of all ages. We have 4 indoor hard courts and 4 outdoor clay courts.

We are a club that cares for each other and develops together.

You will be responsible for the tennis school for children aged 6–12, as well as leading our youth coaches and participating in their training. You will also be part of the coaching staff running adult courses. Conducting private lessons is also part of the role.

Together with our coach responsible for the tennis academy, you will form the core of our operations.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified coach at least at the "Club Coach" level.
• Is passionate about developing others' tennis skills.
• Can plan and schedule the tennis school's training sessions and activities.
• Is a reliable team player who takes responsibility and wants the best for the club and the students.
• Can embrace and work according to the club's values, "Safe Tennis for All".

Playing strength, high competitive experience, and tournament director training are meritorious.

The position is 75% with the majority of the work on the court, but for the right person, it could potentially become a full-time role (100%). You will become an important piece in the club's development and will work closely with the academy manager and the sports director on the board.

Start date: June 2026 or as agreed.
