As Customer Support/Admin, you will become part of the team within finance/admin/CheckWatt. The team is small and tight-knit, with broad insight into the operations. The role is highly operational and varied, with a primary focus on resolving customer cases efficiently and smoothly, as well as managing contacts with external parties such as grid companies to maintain top-tier relationships.

Initially, the focus will be on first-line support and contact with grid companies, but there are good opportunities to grow into more advanced tasks over time.

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and case management system.
• Troubleshoot simple issues related to solar power plants (primarily CheckWatt).
• Escalate and follow up on cases internally.
• Responsible for notifications and ongoing contact with grid companies.
• Administrative tasks related to installations and customer cases.

You will work closely with sales, orders, service, and after-sales – always with the customer in focus.

Working Hours: Office hours Monday - Friday.

Employment Type: Permanent full-time position. Six months of probationary employment applies.

• High school diploma.
• Good computer skills and comfortable working with digital systems.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

• Experience in customer service or similar.
• Studies in IT, technology, or natural sciences.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary.
