In the role of Site Coordinator, you step right into the core of the business and act as a central link between customers, haulage companies, and partners. You belong to a tight team on the site side where you together ensure that projects are delivered with the highest quality.

Responsibilities
The role of Site Coordinator is broad, and you handle everything from customer relations and sales to planning and follow-up of site works, to ensure smooth flows in all links.
You will among other things:
- Perform cost calculations and prepare quotes for both public and private actors
- Coordinate resources, material flows, and related processes
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers, hauliers, and partners
- Handle logistical challenges and act as a problem solver when conditions change
- Ensure traceability and documentation in accordance with ISO certifications
We are looking for you who:
- Have previous experience from the construction or transport industry
- Have a good understanding of the economic aspects within construction
- Have a good understanding of construction technology
- Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, as this is required in daily work
- Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
It is an advantage if you have:
- Previous experience with cost calculations
- Knowledge of AMA and contract law (BAS-P / BAS-U)
- Knowledge of geology and ballast
- Experience working with ISO management systems
- An established network in Jämtland and surrounding areas
