Sometimes the dream job pops up in the noise, and here we dare to promise that this is exactly what has just happened to you if you:
- Want to join a team and workplace where the right person and the right drive are valued as much as (if not more than) the right experience.
- Have at least one year of experience in a service role.
- Are the person who asks both yourself and others, "What can I do now?" when your task is finished.
- Want to belong to a high-energy team with mixed ages where you can always feel secure that the colleague to your right and left will step up if you need help.
- Are an early riser (the day starts at 07:00) and want to work south of the city, in Västertorp.
- Want a manager who trusts you and who, with high energy and deep knowledge of the systems you work with, has built a team with the mindset that it should be fun to go to work.
Does that sound like exactly what you are looking for? Read on to find out more!
About the role
It is 07:10 and your workday started 10 minutes ago. Your friends sometimes wonder how you manage to start the day so early, but they have never experienced the energy in your team. The music in the speakers helps, absolutely, but it is not what gives the most energy early in the morning. It is the feeling of coordinating the most important part of the company's operations together with your colleagues in the role of Delivery Planner: ensuring the company's technicians prioritize and perform the right tasks, in the right order, for your customers.
In short: You and your colleagues in the Delivery Planner team, together with the team of technicians, are responsible for ensuring your customers receive the help and support they need. You do this through borderless teamwork, a high service focus, and quality awareness.
In summary, your responsibilities include:
- Daily planning and optimization of technicians' schedules and assignments.
- Handle and follow up on assignments in the digital planning system.
- Continuous contact with customers and technicians via phone.
- Book and administer assignments and ensure correct contract information (as a Delivery Planner, you do not just book in; you also ensure contracts are closed correctly, correct contracts, call and book with customers, etc. This is an administrative contract role in addition to technician contact).
- Communicate changes in planning to relevant parties.
- Contribute to a good work environment and collaboration within the team.
We are looking for you who
Before we go into the list of requirements for the role, we want to be extra clear: For this role, we place great importance on you being the right person. We see that the right person:
- Has high energy and thrives in high-energy environments. You like, like your new colleagues, to work in an open office environment where the music in the speakers and conversations both in and out replace each other.
- Loves to collaborate and genuinely cares about making the day easier and better planned, not just for yourself but also for the nine technicians you work closely with.
- Wants to be in an environment where you take every chance you get to help a colleague who has a lot on their plate, partly because it feels good in the heart, but also because you know that someday in the future it will be you who needs your colleague's help.
... with that said, there are certain things we see that the right person still needs to bring into this role. These are:
- At least 1 year of experience in a service-oriented planning/coordination role.
- Good structure and ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
- Good computer skills, especially in Excel and Outlook – easy to understand different systems and their correlation.
- Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.
- Additionally, good local knowledge of Stockholm is meritorious but not a requirement.
About the employment
This is a long-term consultancy assignment with employment (with a fixed monthly salary and good benefits) at OIO, initially extending to March 2027.
