About the Pharmacist role at Hjärtat

As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you work interchangeably with advisory services and sales within prescriptions and over-the-counter (OTC) care. In this role, you contribute your pharmaceutical expertise, engagement, and experience to improve our customers' health and drive the pharmacy's success.

Why you should work with us – the pharmacy manager shares

We are looking for you who are a flexible and engaged pharmacist who wants to deliver the best customer service. We have a wide range of OTC products in our pharmacy and a customer base that appreciates our expertise in OTC care combined with advice during prescription handling. We are looking for a pharmacist who is passionate about personal sales/advisory, has the drive to present a sales-oriented and well-displayed pharmacy, and has a coaching approach to colleagues to achieve set sales goals.

For me as a manager, it is of great importance that you are engaged, goal-oriented, and take initiative in your role as a pharmacist. You ensure that the customer's need for advice and the correct use of medication is met, that you are passionate about value-added sales, and contribute to a good team spirit to achieve our common goals.

We are open weekdays 08:00–18:00, Saturdays 10:00–15:00, and Sundays 10:00–15:00.

We are a lovely team that gives that little extra in every customer encounter.

The position is permanent. The position is full-time or part-time. The position can be started as soon as possible or as agreed. Interviews and the selection process will take place continuously, so do not hesitate to apply directly. Probation may be applied.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed dispensing chemist or pharmacist. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist and recognize yourself in the description:

• You show interest and engagement in meetings with customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/entire Apotek Hjärtat.
• You take responsibility for handling the requirements placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed.
• You contribute with a good attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life.
