Together with Oddwork, we are now looking for a positive and responsible Conference Coordinator to join our team.

About the Conference Coordinator role
As a Conference Coordinator at the West Sweden Chamber of Commerce, you will belong to the Meeting Place team, which organizes and executes conferences, meetings, and events. In a dynamic environment, you ensure that everything runs in the best possible way, with your main tasks lying in operations. You plan and prepare for every meeting, event, or conference in detail. Working independently at a high pace, you are available to deliver first-class service and guest hospitality with a positive attitude. You ensure that all guests leave super satisfied with a smile on their faces. Kitchen duties are included.

We are looking for someone who...
...loves delivering world-class service! You are a positive person with a strong sense of responsibility and a stress-resistant organizer who loves to lead and take on new assignments. You are proactive and initiative-taking, very efficient and thorough, and always keep an eye on what is happening around you. With your social and communication skills, it comes naturally to you to be representative and attentive when interacting with guests. We see that you have previously worked in the service industry, where you have developed the ability to greet guests with positive energy, proactivity, and flexibility at a fast pace. If you also have experience from working with conferences/events, or in a café or restaurant setting, this is a significant plus.

This recruitment is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Oddwork after the recruitment process is completed.

START: After summer 2026.
LOCATION: Gothenburg
SCOPE: Varies from week to week depending on occupancy. High availability and flexibility are required.
SALARY: Hourly wage
