Responsibilities

  • Strengthen our market presence and increase sales in Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway, Denmark).
  • Drive growth initiatives in line with Winoa Group's global strategy.
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and technical services.
  • Cultivate and develop customer relationships through regular customer visits.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: from needs analysis and pricing/negotiation to contract management.
  • Act as technical and commercial support for customers.
  • Leverage your expertise in foundries and surface preparation to work closely with customers on process optimization and improving Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
  • Responsible for sales forecasts, market analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in selling technical products to industrial customers.
  • Technical background in machinery and spare parts manufacturing, or in foundries and forging industries.
  • Experience selling technical consumables to the industry.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
  • Knowledge of Danish and/or Norwegian is a significant plus.

You have a positive, solution-oriented attitude and are passionate about your professional role. You are self-motivated with a strong ability to drive yourself, set your own goals, and make decisions. You are strategic and capable of aligning with the group's strategy. You possess excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, and are a collaborative team player who thrives as part of a team.
