Become a Customer Success HubSpot Specialist at Resultify and help customers grow with smart CRM and automation. We are looking for you with experience and drive!

At Resultify, we are a team of HubSpot specialists helping customers across various industries create growth through smart CRM, automation, and clear processes. We are a HubSpot Diamond Partner and work 100% within the platform.
We are now looking for you who want to take customer responsibility while remaining hands-on with HubSpot. You will drive the development of our customers' HubSpot environments – from strategy and onboarding to implementation, training, and continuous improvements. You will work with customers in different industries, enjoying variety in both assignments and challenges. You are curious and ensure you stay updated on new HubSpot features.
About the role – two interconnected parts
In practice, the role consists of two tracks (which often run in parallel):
- HubSpot Specialist: You build, configure, and optimize HubSpot so that it delivers business value and is actually used.
- Customer Success Manager / Project Manager: You own the customer dialogue, hold the overall picture together, and drive the work forward together with colleagues (e.g., marketing, content, and dev) when needed to achieve results.
You feel confident setting a clear onboarding plan based on the customer's business model and needs, and then executing implementations in a structured and high-quality manner.
What you will do:
- Be the customer success manager for a number of HubSpot customers and build long-term relationships
- Plan and execute onboarding/implementation – with structure, pace, and clear communication
- Translate customer processes into a scalable and future-proof HubSpot setup
- Configure HubSpot (all hubs): properties, pipelines, lifecycles, lead management, workflows, and automation
- Test, document, and quality-assure deliverables
- Conduct workshops and training (admin/superuser, best practices) so that teams become self-sufficient
- Identify improvements in data and working methods that create efficiency and growth for the customer
- Follow up on results and create clarity on “what we do and why” – so the customer feels secure and sees the value
In smaller projects, you drive much of the work yourself. In larger assignments, you work together with a lead consultant, focusing on configuration, data, adoption, and training.
We are looking for you who:
- Have at least 2 years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot
- Are experienced in customer responsibility/customer dialogue: you can lead meetings, say no gracefully, and build trust
- Have the ability to structure, prioritize, and drive multiple customer projects in parallel
- Have very good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written
Previous agency/consulting experience is a PLUS but not a requirement.
