About the position

As our client enters the high season and holiday periods, we are looking for several customer service representatives to support the operations. As a customer service representative for our client, you will handle cases from private customers, primarily via telephone. You play an important role in handling these cases correctly according to current regulations, providing accurate information, and delivering good and efficient service. A large part of the work takes place in systems, so it is important that you are comfortable and confident in technical environments. You have the telephone as your closest work tool, so we see it as important that you thrive in a social role where you meet many different types of people. When you are not answering incoming calls, you handle other administrative cases. The work takes place at a high pace, so you should be motivated by working towards set goals.

The assignment will begin with introductory training from week 22 to 25, before you are expected to work independently with support from senior employees. Working hours are between 08:00-16:30, and you will be based at the client's office in Örebro. The need extends from May 25 to October 30.

We are looking for you who

• Are available for work from May 25 - October 30, leave during this period is not possible
• Have previous experience in service-oriented work and administrative tasks
• Are comfortable handling people and are confident with the telephone as the primary work tool
• Have good computer skills and the ability to handle different types of IT-based business systems
• Have very good communicative skills in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, as this is required in the performance of the tasks
• Have good learning ability and are motivated by absorbing new information

It is meritorious if you have

• Work experience from customer service with an administrative focus that we assess as particularly relevant

We are looking for you who have good communicative skills and enjoy customer contact. You are confident in handling both incoming and outgoing contacts in your cases. You dare to ask questions when something is unclear and have good self-awareness. Furthermore, you have a non-hierarchical approach, take responsibility for your work, and have a high drive to develop.
